Ole Grøndahl Hansen
General Manager
PVC Information CouncilOle Grøndahl Hansen received his Master of Arts Degree from University of Copenhagen in 1988. After teaching at the Faculty of Arts, he turned to the plastics industry. Since 1995 he has been General Manager at the PVC Information Council in Denmark. The council was established by the European PVC industry in 1995 and provides information on environmental and health issues related to PVC and communicates information about the positive contribution the PVC material can make to modern society. Prior to joining the council, Grøndahl Hansen was a Communication Manager for Totax Plastics. Grøndahl Hansen is a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of EMDT and frequently writes articles on PVC and medical device issues. Other topics of interests include social media and how to communicate about PVC and plasticisers via art and design. 
Rolande Hall

Medical Pack SolutionsRolande Hall is a Fellow of the Institute of Packaging. Hall has more than 40 years of experience in packaging, gained in a variety of technical positions at both packaging manufacturers and packagers. Hall’s packaging career began when he joined John Waddington of Leeds. Hall’s area of expertise is medical device packaging and labelling. Several of his papers have been published in MDT magazine (now EMDT). He served on CEN technical committees CEN/TC 225 and CEN TC 357, contributed a chapter to the Medical Devices Manual and currently offers his services as a Medical Packaging Consultant, trading as Medical Pack Solutions, based in Ireland. He is a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of EMDT and ASTM Committee D10 on Packaging. With more than 30 years of experience in medical device packaging, Hall has helped companies in Europe, Israel and Australia resolve their packaging and labelling issues. 
Tim Steele

Microspec Corp.A self-taught extrusion engineer, Tim Steele has built a global reputation for overcoming complex medical extrusion challenges. His field of expertise encompasses thermoplastic elastomers (including TPUs and nylons), high heat engineering plastics and fluoropolymers. Steele also has extensive experience in compounding. He owns one patent and has been a trailblazer in the miniaturisation of coextruded and multilumen tubing. A graduate of Lehigh University, where he was a two-time All American cross country runner, he was inducted into the Lehigh Athletics Hall of Fame in 2008. Microspec Corp. (Peterborough, NH, USA) provides custom bump tubing, co-extrusions, micro-extrusions, multilumen tubing, and profile extrusions using polyurethanes, nylons, engineering resins and custom formulations. The company extrudes small, complex tubing in tight tolerances for global medical device OEMs. 
Tom Muccino
Business Development Manager
Nordson EFDTom Muccino is a Business Development Manager for Nordson EFD. He works closely with manufacturers’ engineering and R&D departments to assist in developing dispensing processes for their next-generation products. In his 21 years at Nordson EFD, Muccino has served as National Sales Manager, Product Line Manager and Global Business Development Manager. He has provided application assistance and conducted training seminars at Fortune 500 companies, and delivered numerous presentations on proper equipment selection and fluid dispensing techniques. Nordson EFD manufactures a range of precision benchtop dispensers, automated dispense valve systems and dispensing components (tips and syringes) for applying accurate, consistent amounts of the adhesives, solvents, silicones and other assembly fluids used in critical medical device assemblies. The company is headquartered in East Providence, Rhode Island, USA.
